These terms apply when a business (you) signs up to a Pewter plan with Podiar Ltd, trading as Pewter (us). Plain English, no traps.

Plans and payment

Pewter Menus (£9/month) and Menu Plus (£15/month) are monthly subscriptions with no minimum term. Your first month is free once you've approved your redesign.
Design only (£149) is a one-off payment for print-ready files with one round of changes.
Prices exclude VAT if and when we become VAT-registered; we'll tell you before that changes anything.

Your menu

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including allergens and prices. We publish what you tell us and check it back with you, but we can't verify your recipes.
You own your menu content and your branding. You give us permission to use them to design and host your menu. We'll only show your menu as an example on our website or socials with your permission.
Pewter Menus includes up to 2 changes a month; Menu Plus includes unlimited changes, usually live within 24 hours.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by email. Your plan stops at the end of the current month. You keep the print-ready files we've made for you.

Our responsibility

We'll provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.
